Unfold: Your Photography Business Coach (herein referred to as “Unfold”) is a division of WE DO Photography & Design Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Unfold.

The online course “12 Weeks to Wedding Photography Marketing Mastery”, the programme “The Co.Lab (with James Day)”, and all other available courses and programmes are herein collectively referred to as the “Services”.

Refund Policy

The “Money Back Guarantee”, or refund, offered upon completion of any Services, is subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund is for the full price paid for the Service, minus applicable transaction fees of AUD$45. For instance, if you paid the full price of AUD$1,000, the refund amount is a maximum of AUD$955.
  • The refund is offered under good faith.
  • The possible refund period starts when the final Module is made available to you (depending on the length of the Service), and ends within 3 weeks from that date.
  • Upon a successful refund application, your access to the Course will be rescinded.
